new character naming The ruuutuuuduuuroids

This is not so much of a new character, as a new name of the character Tards.  They have experienced a renaming.  These are now to be the ruuutuuuduuuroids
They are slow, they are harmless.  but they are pitiful.  there's not much that can be done about them.  They get in the way.  They can be used by the evil forces in a mildly dangerous manner.
ruuutuuuduuuroids can be annoying.  They can be observed from a distance.  They can understand some things, if explained slowly and simply.  But it is a patient and tedious art of teaching.  What can be done with them is to use them as an obstacle against the evil forces, because they get in the way. Obstructions. They slow down the system when they are present. slowing down could be a good thing!
